That was within the 1 year warranty! So Black Friday is approaching, and I will be replacing this tv! Support asked me what my software number was (shorty after I recorded and edited this video), and told me there was nothing newer than what I had, and there was nothing they could do. And I still have to power the tv off, give it a minute, turn it back on, and then most of the time the sound comes back for a while.
